 Author Supervision Black Trades will be responsible for all aspects of Author (Design) Supervision Black Trades in accordance with Federal Law No 116-FZ.  Control of all projects to be installed in compliance with company’s design requirements for all Onshore and Offshore Modifications projects;  Complete inspection of installation works and review of associated documents (ITR’s, ITP’s NDE and pressure/leak test reports etc) to allow completion of forms and logs to adequately demonstrate design compliance;  Liaise with Project Engineers and Lead Engineers to assure all elements of design intent are introduced in site survey scope;  Liaise with Project operator and site Construction personnel when gathering adequate evidence to verify compliance;  Confirm that all technical deviations and Engineering Queries have been correctly interpreted and complied with;  Compile reports;  Communicate with internal and external customers.

 Ensured the pipelines had been constructed and placed in compliance with isometric drawings and PID;  Ensured the equipment had been mounted and placed in compliance with drawings and PID;  Performed hydraulic and pneumatic tests of pipelines till 450 bar in accordance with isometric drawings and Line List;  Made operational decisions on replacement and consultation regarding piping, supports;  Provided management and technical oversight of welding in the construction and repair, including the work of the technical preparation of production welding operations on objects;  Monitored compliance with HSE standards during work performance;  Planned, organized the construction operations of a unit produced by Air Liquide at the customer's site;  Supervised the construction M&P operations of each part of the unit produced by Air Liquide;  Ensured that the technical AIR Liquide standards are kept;  Provided technical assistance and troubleshoot when problems are reported;  Coordinated between our external subcontractors/customers and our internal project manager, technical specialists and experts.

 Provided management and technical oversight of welding in the construction and repair, including the work of the technical preparation of production welding operations on objects: NGDO (oil and gas production facilities), including Section 3, Section 7;  Analysed project documentation for testability design solutions;  Was responsible for checking for compliance with rules, regulations (including the design decisions), documentation of equipment and materials, specifications for equipment and materials, as well as documenting the system of quality assurance at the manufacturing plants;  Checked compliance with the production process works, quality of work and identified deviations from the project, regulations and technical regulations;  Implemented the acceptance of the hidden works with design documentation or authorization;  Conducted technical supervision of a continuous or selective quality control of the contractor, using visual, instrument and physical methods of control;  Monitored and inspected incoming materials and equipment to the construction site in accordance with the design and estimate documentation, passports and certificates for products of quality;  Performed visual and measuring monitoring, nondestructive testing (x-rays) and incoming inspection of equipment and materials in accordance with their passports and certificates for products of quality;  Reviewed and analysed complaints and claims for product quality, prepared and conducted the conclusion of the correspondence on the results of their review;  Prepared acts of input controls on equipment and materials;  Provided reports on the results of work in accordance with the regulations of the department.
