- supervise preparing equipment to revamp, removal from service and putting in service. - develop operating procedures (temporary) for operation of equipment, pipelines, pumps and etc. - develop engineering requests for equipment upgrade. - handling MOC (Management of Change)(procedures). - member of PLSC. - conduct on-site training, briefings. - participate in PHA. - check and approve work permits for work implementation at facilities. - work in JDE system, preparing work orders for repair. - deal with contractors. - balance accounting, communication with Marketing (transportation via pipeline and railroad cars of oil and gas to consumers). - conduct weekly safety meetings on sites. - conduct safety audits, unplanned briefings (permits, routine duties and etc.) and SID audits during construction and installation. - conduct PSSR (Pre Startup Safety Review) during putting equipment into service after upgrade or repair is done. - act as Production Operation Supervisor.

-consult Projects and Construction regarding construction issues on the territory of operation facilities. -supervise preparation of equipment for release from operation to further upgrade. - supervise simultaneous activities on gas pipeline and oil pipeline and operation of the facility. -coordinate works between Construction and Plant Operations. - develop documents for preparation, putting out of service, upgrade and putting in service. - develop documents, procedures, training material for operation of new equipment. - comment on project team documents. - consult and hand over documents to Operations. - supervise commissioning of the new equipment and handover to operations. - general control to ensure HSE compliance within facilities constructed. - approve documents for construction activities. - conduct construction progress meetings, handover and putting into operations.

- supervise 5 crews of operators (45 people). - control sulfur production, shipping of final products and transportation to consumers. - coordinate shipping activities between Operations and Marketing. - control ongoing repair and maintenance of equipment. - approve work authorizations. - develop turnaround schedules and preventive maintenance procedures for equipment. - develop operating procedures for operator and present them. - prepare daily operation reports. - member of PLSC verifying knowledge of operators. - conduct quarterly and unplanned briefings at working places. - member of operator’s performance yearly evaluation committee.

- supervise 1 crew (16 operators) - control oil and gas production, shipping of final products and transportation of final products to consumers via pipeline or rail cars. - coordinate shipping activities between Operations and Marketing. - control ongoing repair and maintenance of equipment. - approve work authorizations. - develop turnaround schedules and preventive maintenance procedures for equipment. - develop operating procedures for operator and present them. - prepare daily operation progress reports. - member of PLSC verifying knowledge of operators. - conduct quarterly and unplanned briefings at working places. - member of operator’s performance yearly evaluation committee.
