As an Industrial Engineer and Project Manager I see everything around me as a part of some systems. I analize, find problems or things need to be improved and act on them. Social life is very important to me. I even try to implant it to my work too, for intance by reading in my break times etc. Improving myself, physical training and traveling are my hobbies. Sea is refreshment tool for me. Love Civil Society Works and try to join as much as possible. About my working style; i don't like pretty much anything to do by myself. Team work is very substantial for me. I always brainstorm before action. I have seen and continue seeing the more effective and enjoyful works done. My skills; I gained leadership skills working with NGO's and student communities. Team Work, Time Management, Conference Management are above my social skills. Professional Skills; in 2011 i started to work on EU Projects. After 2 years of hard working I became a project manager in 2013. I established and managed a Project Development Team from Independent Project Experts. Also, I created clsuters of academicians and consultants for project management activities. To create a general framework of my works till today I have collected referance letters for some of my activities.
