1). Support to the KGDBN Project Manager in managing the execution of a new onshore Gas Pipeline and associated facilities from commencement of detailed engineering through to handover; ensuring achievement of project cost, schedule, quality and HSEQ targets and in full compliance with KPO Policies and Specifications, as well as with Regulatory and RoK requirements. 2). Developing the Gas Pipeline plan and provide coordination and engagement of all relevant department of KPO and Contractors as required in order to achieve the Gas Pipeline handover in accordance with available budget, time schedule, quality and safety requirement; 3). Supporting the development team obtaining all the necessary permits and approvals from Governments and third parties Authorities for Gas Pipeline execution. 4). Managing the Engineering and Construction teams, follow up of the procurement activities for the Gas Pipeline, in coordination with the staff functions, in direct report to the KGDBN Project Manager; 5). Facilitate the liaison with all Company corporate functions and departments (i.e. Operations, Permitting, Site Area Manager, Project Control, etc.), managing the Execution and completion of all RoK commissions; 6). Gas Pipeline implementation planning and monitoring (schedule, wbs, cost and compliance of work to project specifications); design, constructability reviews and contractors engineering, construction and pre-commissioning plans review; 7). Managing contractors (including construction work troubleshooting) and suppliers; providing overall technical assistance and commissioning activities; Supporting the KGDBN Project Manager in Gas Pipeline handover to production preparation;

1). Organise work activities aimed at determination of improvements and upgrades to be implemented at Unit 3 process facilities according to detected problems with the use of data from Unit 3 and Maintenance Managers as well as forecast data on process facilities output and export of the production from the Marketing department. 2). Develop technical and economic justification for improvement methods and provide preliminary economics and cost estimates in cooperation with a dedicated team and support from Engineering, Contracts and Procurement, Production departments and Unit 3 Management. 3). Provide support to Unit 3 Management and production operating personnel in resolving various production process upsets/problems or old problems which couldn’t be closed during routine maintenance. 4). Manage multidiscipline and multinational project teams of the department in order to Ensure projects are performed according to RoK, KPO and applicable international practices and standards. If required, outsource projects work implementation to engineering and technical companies and track quality of their deliverables. 5). Ensure projects are implemented according to strategies in place fully covering stages of the projects implementation. Develop and control all budget and schedule issues related to projects implemented at Unit 3. Encourage sufficient communication between individual projects and other parties

1). Assistance and support the General Projects Manager by providing executive level management oversight and strategic direction to the GP Department’s divisions. Contribution in the development and modification of short - and long - range plans, collaboration in the preparation of the Department’s overall financial plan and budget. 2). Analysis and implementation of policies and procedures; responding and to and resolving public inquiries and complaints. Explanation, justification and defending General Projects Department’s policies and programs; negotiating and resolving sensitive and controversial issues. 3). Leading teams and individuals, or working independently to plan and conduct the actions related to management of contracted resources and specialists by defining project deliverables, providing goals and directions, monitoring and assessing performance. Ensure project activities meet professional criteria and reporting standards, performance targets, budget and timelines. 4). Planning, reviewing, and evaluating the work of subordinate management and professional staff; directing the selecting of assigned staff; acting as General Projects Manager in General Project Manager’s absence (in the range of delegated authorities). Selection, motivation and evaluation of personnel; resolving personnel concerns and issues; provision of training and professional development. 5). Finalizing project statements including Authorizations for Expenditure and Value Assurance Reviews, preparing them for review and approval. Ensure that all deliverables, project-related documentation is issued in accordance with approved schedules. In conjunction with State Regulatory Authorities and contractors, facilitation and supporting commissioning, start-up and turnover of facilities. 6). Representing the General Projects Manager in front of other local government entities, state government departments, elected officials and other non-profit agencies. Responding to Authorities’ inquiries and concerns on behalf of the General Projects Manager.

As a Pipelines and Infields Projects Manager, covering area of 24 Km x 28 Km, I was in charge of management the Basic & Detailed Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning and Handover. Specifically, managed and leaded the following (but not limited), main Projects: 1). Well sites construction at both existing and new wells - Drilling operations. Planned annually app. 980 k sq m; 2). Production and Injection Wells Hook Up. During the year of my work in the subject position, completed hook-ups of 11 wells and 10”flow lines, total length app 37 km 3). Implementation of the Train 4 project 10” and 14” Flow Lines - 15 km each 4). 24" sour gas line from KPC to Unit 3 total 17 km 5). Horizontal Flare Ignition systems for 19 production wells including provision of automatic ignition facilities. 6). Fire / Gas & ESD Improvements and Telemetry Systems upgrade for 14 Production Wells. 7). Phase 2M Gathering System Expansion including extension of 2 RMS stations and implementation of 10” trunk lines, total length 17 km All these projects were successfully, efficiently and safely completed with relevant budget savings and archived 1,1 million man-hours without any LTI (95% of this amount covered RoK national contractors).

1). Management the implementation of projects assigned to ensure the achievement of the goals established according to the strategy and policies defined by the Project Manager. 2). Elaboration and finalizing of the philosophy to develop projects establishing also the design, procurement, construction and commissioning strategies in order to achieve the objectives in accordance with budget, time schedule, quality and safety requirements. 3). 1). Direct assistance and support to Field Project Managers and Mechanical Construction Management in implementation of projects. Including investigations/reviews and gathering data from Production / Welding / Electrical / QC Departments and other operational groups and companies, preparation of engineering reports and providing engineering input. Interface between operational sections and departments 2). Direct control and engineering support of all sub-contractors for the erection of mechanical systems related to process and other buildings / facilities. Fabrication & installation of all equipment and associated piping for ventilation, heating, cooling, domestic water, fire fighting, gas supply and sewage systems in 36 process / non-process buildings. 3). Engineering expertise of design and mechanical / construction drawings. Raising and resolving technical queries, providing engineering input and solutions to operational and construction problems. Compiling Bulk MTOs, control over the issuing of all materials to sub-contractors. Pre-commissioning and handing over to Client of completed systems.

Design, fabrication, installation, commissioning and handing over to Client (CCC – Saipem Consortium) of mechanical systems related to various process and administrative buildings / facilities for Early Works and Main Works phases of Karachaganak Project (total 21 process and other buildings / facilities). 1). Responsibilities in implementation of boiler and pump houses for heating and domestic water supply systems in the industrial, public and commercial sectors.
