Management of the N-Komsomolskoye field development project in part of forming the energy supply system and gas gathering, treatment and transportation: - Defining goals and organizing work to achieve them, forecasting results, forming and monitoring the pro-ject schedule; - Control and technical decision-making, coordination of the company's divisions and third-party organizations; - Development, organization and control of the implementation of measures to optimize the schedules of construction and installation works, technical supply, design and survey work of the Major project; - Obtaining permits, licenses and permits, including with organizations through which products are planned to be delivered (PJSC "Transneft", PJSC "Gazprom", etc.), selection of energy capacities (PJSC "FGC UES"); - Organization of cooperation with representatives of contractors within the scope of their duties, carrying business negotiations (including international partners); - Control and organization of timely provision of the project with procurement and contracts for construction and installation works, technical supply, design and survey work; Managing of risks, costs, changes, deadlines, HSE; - Organization of the reporting. Participation in the preparation of the business plan, budget, project execution plan and other documents required for the pro-ject implementation; - Participation in adjustment works; Production infrastructure operation; Planning the number and qualification of service personnel, organizational structures for the transition to the "operation" stage; Planning and coordinating the activities of subordinates, quality control of implementation. Prepared the program to increase the level of APG utilization and gas monetization outside of the scope of official duties. A technical proposal has been prepared and is being implemented to reduce electricity costs during the development of the field (NPV of the proposal = 75 million rubles).

Planning of transport services of gas treatment and gas transport by objects of outside organizations. 13. Formation of reports on the production activity of DGT. 14. Participation in the working out of business plans, prospective programs of reconstruction, actions to increase hydrocarbon production, optimizing the productive capacity of Company. 15. Participation in HSE actions on the oilfields. I prepared presentation materials and took part in the regional conference of inno-vative projects (I was a participant in the project implementation). Based on the re-sults of reviewing the materials, the Company took the first place.
