Legal counsel
As the only lawyer I provide full legal support for the non-commercial organization:
- I perform all the procedures of government procurements for the organization, full area of duties, including development and composition of procurement documentation, governmental contract, analysis participant's applications, signing and execution of the contract, representation of interests in state supervisory authorities;
- I perform the development of typical forms of different types of contracts (including license and sublicense contracts) for common use;
- I cooperate and build a negotiation process with partners - my main task is to come to the agreement with a partner on every essential condition of the contract before submitting a draft contract for signing. One of the most difficult to approve condition is the financial part of a contract because of the specific features of financing of non-commercial governmental organizations; protocol of disagreements - is an often used instrument;
My other duties are to:
- resolve controversial questions regarding labor law issues;
- develop local administrative documents; execute a local investigation and apply disciplinary penalties;
- cooperate with federal and local public authorities, carry out business correspondence;
- any other issues requiring legal support.
