• Coordinate and oversee Cementing and Pumping service line work; • Provide planning necessary for the job; • Insure efficient and continuous operations under projects in strict compliance with all HS requirements, Quality assurance and operation standards; • Recruitment, development and training of staff; • Coach and mentor less experienced employees; • Promote and take an active part in the Quality Improvement Process; • Manage up to 8 projects and 87 employees; • Provide management of all commercial projects within the limits of particular region by insuring stable, efficient and cost-effective operations, promoting business reputation of company in accordance with my powers and available reserves and resources; • Keep under control designing and implementation of business-plans and terms & conditions of contracts assessing the possible risks; • Perform service quality inspections and competency self-assessments; • Ensure implementation, adherence and review of Quality Assurance System, including analyzing and Initiating non-conformance reports, equipment failure reports, job evaluation reports, etc. Recommend and initiate corrective actions.

Responsibilities: * Ensure customer satisfaction with work performed. ; * Coordinate and directs the activities of service operators. ; * Coordinate the clean up, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job. ; * Plan and perform necessary calculations for the total job at the well site as needed. ; * Evaluate individual performance levels of the crew and trains operators to improve their job performance. ; * Discuss and recommend alternative solutions for critical jobs in Pre and Post-Job discussion with client. ; * Oversee complete client well site service delivery process. ; * Responsible for readiness of equipment and personnel to perform job according to design and client specifications, with no deviations from service quality requirements and with contingency plans in place. ; * Conduct Pre job meetings with client and third-party personnel. ; * Perform risk analysis before each job or task. Identify potential unplanned changes to well site job program and initiate Management of Change procedure. Participate in HSE and Quality programs and initiatives. ; * Complete pre- and position paperwork and job tickets. ; * Ensure preventive post job maintenance on equipment is performed and equipment is in safe, clean, and proper working condition for the next service job. ; * Cement plugs through coil tubing, carry out cementing & acidizing job, and other pumping operations. ; * Mixing of cement slurries on the fly and pumping ultra light cement slurries and heavy weight slurries on different types of Cement pumps in automatic and manual mode.

Responsibilities: * Take part in operating procedure of cementing and Stimulation jobs ; * Responsible for organization chemical sorting and sending it to location, preparing mix water, loading plugs in to cement head, etc. ; * Take part in preventive routine service of the service machines and units ; * Responsible for operating process of cementing and stimulation jobs. ; * Take part in pre-job Safety meetings, discussing all safety related issues ; * Calculate plant and executed cementing jobs on all casing sizes from shallow low temperature wells to deep high temperature wells, single and two stage jobs, liners, lost circulation, kick off plugs, squeezes. ; * Mix and pump low to high density slurries and spacers, batched mixed and on the fly. ; * Trained and experienced in mixing manually and with automatic density control system.
