• Preparation of cost report and monitoring of project costs. • Consolidation of cost reports received from company’s departments. • Maintaining of a registry of cost invoices received from suppliers. • Evaluation of project cost in comparison with previous projects. • Calculation of cost of sales in accordance with project’s revenues and expenditures. • Preparation of stuff reports and calculation of man-hours expenses from production and administration activities.

• Preparation primary documentation • Payment monitoring from the client • Invoicing (manpower services, maintenance services, procurement services) - Information collection about goods and services, which needs to invoice to the client - Manpower invoicing as per actual worked days/hours and contractual rates - Material delivery and acceptance control for invoicing to Client. - Escrow notes release in order to make payments in banks via Escrow account - Supplier’s invoices review and approval that material or services were provided as per the Contract and Order. - Supervision and preparation of sales invoices as per contractual terms, company policies and as per the laws and legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan. - Ensuring all sales invoices are completed accurately and are dispatched to clients promptly - Ensuring all contractually required support documentation is supplied to clients to support sales invoices - Maintaining all relevant invoice documentation and data to the standards required by company polices and legislative requirements - Acting at all times in a professional and responsible manner - Payment control • Act of reconciliation with clients • Preparing financial reports (outstanding invoices, over dues summary) • Preparing Value of Work Done reports • Compilation of reports on last and future payments • On monthly basic assessment of the income and expenses • To report progress on all activities to Finance Manager, Chief Accountant on a daily/weekly/monthly basis as required • Acting at all times in a professional and responsible manner • Ad hoc reporting as requested • Working with 1C Accounting version 7.7; 8.2 • Right of second signature on the bank and bank documents. • Authorized to sign on behalf of the company in the financial documents. • Preparation Local Content Reports • Preparation of statistical reporting by forms 1-PF, 1-Т, 1-KS, 1-invest • Tax reports for State Tax Department on VAT inspections.

• Invoices checking and Acceptance from suppliers • Posting accounts and bank Accounting • Spirant costs (cost accounting in accordance with bills and costs), • In coming accounting / material consumption, • Materials Inventory • Invoicing (expats salary and social tax charging) • Invoicing of rotational travel expenses • Monthly delivery report on delivered materials to company headquarters • Preparation of payments to suppliers as per contract or purchase order requirements • Ensure all purchasing payments and forms are completed and calculated correctly and on a timely basis • Determining classification of purchases between expense, inventory and assets and ensuring appropriate accounting processing • Maintaining all relevant purchase, asset, inventory and contract documentation and data to the standards required by company polices and legislative requirements • Cash and banking operations • Working with 1C Accounting version 7.7
