- HSE inductions to Company & contractors personnel; - Supervision of all activities in respect of compliance to the Company & RF rules and regulations; - Daily/weekly Toolbox meetings; - Inspections of contractors equipment & tools (scaffolds, gas welding equipment, portable electrical tools, vehicles etc.); - Safety equipments inspections (fire extinguishers, SCBAs, eye wash stations, first aid kits, spill response kits etc.) - Participation in safety tours and audits;

- PtWs preparation; - Permit to Work documentation preparation; - Control over PtWs implementation; - PTW meetings; - PTW database maintenance; - PTW reports; - HSE Training arrangement (internal and external trainings) - Preparation and translation of HSE technical documentation - HSE Inductions, pre-job briefing; - Regular inspection in respect of risk assessment and preventive measures development; - Safety meetings with subcontractors and client; - Interpreter during HSE management trainings; - HSE reporting and statistics; - HSE trainings / presentations for contractors.

- Processing the documents for newly employed expatriates and local workers; - Translation of Job Descriptions, CVs, Employment Letters and other into Russian and English languages; - Registration of expatriate personnel, reporting to Immigration Police; - Coordination of documents compilation for sub-contractors; - Coordination of transportation, meeting arrangements. - Labor agreements preparation; - Personnel database maintenance; - All Travel reservations; - Orders issue regarding employment, dismissal and transfer of workers; - Tax identification documents processing for expatriate personnel; - Bank accounts opening for local workers; - Daily time sheets maintenance.
